爸爸媽媽你們好！

The Year End Celebration is always an exciting time of the year for everyone in the

Win WIn family, and it shows us that dreams can come true!

在郝老師美語這個大家庭中，年終分享晚會總是我們最興奮的時刻，因為這表示我們的夢想可以實現了！

When it comes to performing, I am a perfectionist, and therefore want to improve the show from the last year.

當提到表演時，我是個完美主義者，也希望一年比一年更進步。

I also understand, that the most important part of why we do this, is the practice, the preparation, the rehearsals, and the time that the teachers spend with the students preparing for the Year End Celebration.

我也瞭解我們舉辦年終分享晚會，其中最重要的一環是“練習”、“準備”、及“彩排”，還有老師和學生一同為了年終分享晚會所共度的時光。

I believe this time, is where the students grow the most. This is the time where the students must push aside the textbooks to demonstrate, practice, and prove the knowledge they have been learning up to this point.

我相信這一次將會是學生成長最多的一次。這一次學生將要把書本放在一旁來表演、練習、且證明他們直到如今所學習到的知識。

At the actual night of the performance, the students are not typically at their best. They are under a tremendous amount of stress not to forget their English in front of the audience' eye.

在表演的當晚，學生也許不是他們平時的最佳狀態。他們將處於極大的壓力，因為他們不可以在廣大的觀眾群面前忘記英文。

As much as I want them to be at their best, I know that once again, they really are their best demonstrating their knowledge of English during rehearsals.

我希望他們可以表現出他們最棒的一面，我也知道他們真的很希望他們可以展現出自己在排演時用英文演出的最棒的一面。

In the collaborative creative process, the students, think improvising and coping with the language as they would in the real world outside of school. It is at this time that these young learners can "own" the language for themselves, to make English a part of their very being.

在我們互相合作創作的過程中，學生必須自己快速的即席創作，以跳脫課本的“真實英文語言”即席表演。對於我們這些孩子們，這是他們可以真正地“靈活運用”“屬於自己的”語言。

Every year I see my students improve by leaps and bounds.

It is very rewarding for me as a teacher to hear my students sharing jokes, telling stories, offering feedback and opinions, offering the answers, and doing all of the above in a language that is not their native tongue.

每一年我看見我的學生英文突飛猛進，身為一個老師的我，聽見我的學生用英文分享笑話、說故事、提供一些想法給我，他們可以以一個非母語的語言做到這些事，對我而言別具意義，十分值得。

They show us all what they truly gain from the WIn Win family!

這也展現了他們真正從郝老師美語這個大家庭所學到的東西！

Part of my "Year End Celebration 2012 Improvement" is that this year, you can come along with us for the journey, and see behind the scenes, to visit the website, and see the photos ad videos, and read about what myself and others write about the classroom events.

我2012年終分享晚會其中一部分的改良特別是“今年”，你可以和我們一起開啓這一段旅程、親眼見證舞台後的付出、瀏覽我們的網站、分享照片和影片，還有閱讀有關我及其他老師和學生所撰寫有關在教室中練習的點點滴滴。

I hope for your support, your understanding, and your contribution through your child’s journey into this creative process that they will be experiencing here in the Win Win Family!

我希望能夠有你們的支持、瞭解及你們的孩子對郝老師美語年終分享晚會的付出，他們將會在郝老師美語進入一個充滿創意的旅程。
